It was really good to talk to Smiley Edwards who has lived in Overton on Dee all his life, he runs the football team, plays in the bowls team and happened to be there as a youngster when the old Bryn y Pys Estate office was being cleared for its new role in the village - housing. The documents he kept from the skip are a fascinating glimpse of days gone by- but they also contain some of the names we know.
